Banana pudding is originally cooked on the stove, layered and topped with meringue. You pop it into the over just long enough to cook and brown the meringue. The heat from the pudding slightly cooks the bananas and softens the cookies.
Is there any tip to keep bananas from browning? Ur bananas look so fresh even after chilling in the refrigerator for a while. Even the top two slices u used for garnish!
