Twin-sticking a New Process 205 transfer case only requires some simple grinding on one of the shift shafts - and it's something that can easily be done at home with a bench grinder.
You should have shown the grinding start on the bench, and then cut to a finished part actually cut with a mill, and pretended that you've got mad bench grinder skillz.
My friend is stating that BOTH rods need to be ground.
