I seriously love how fun each workout is but also challenging bc I’m a sweaty mess and feel myself using every ounce of strength to make it until that sweet sweet timer tells me I’ll survive ! I did this workout on Monday and paired it with your lower body pyramid workout the following day, on Tuesday. I loved it! Pyramid training is probably my favorite way to weight train. I really like your strength workouts!

I mean don’t get me wrong 😑 I am still dreading some of your moves but not as much as before. Didn’t like the face pull up thing 🥵The exercises afterwards were more challenging then the row, the diamond press and the curls (at least for me). Don’t get upset but I liked seeing you struggle a bit today and take breaks. I was like okay Vera is human after all😊👍🏾. Thank you for showing some of the moves without the weights first. It’s really helpful 👍🏾. Once again thank you Vera. See you tomorrow ✅🙏🏾😊
Great job, Clélia!! This was definitely a tough one!! I typically like to start upper body with rows as they target a larger group of muscles - same with the diamond press, and I can generally go a bit heavier on the weights 💪💪 was definitely a struggle with this one!!

Ok, that rear delt face pull aggravated my sciatica 🤦🏾♀️. Couldn’t finish this workout and probably down for at least a week. I’m so mad because I’m sure it’s cause of the posture. But than my husband tried it and he was uncomfortable with it. Oh well, protect your back people , don’t stick ur but out!
I am so sorry to hear that, Tianna! Hope you recover quickly. Some people might find it helpful to use something to hold their head up - like an incline bench or a tall counter stool. You could also perform one arm at a time. Injuries are unfortunately often caused by back rounding, not engaging the core, and overloading.
