- 👋 In todays review we check out the all new 2023 Audi S3 Premium! This is such a fun, sporty and performance oriented sedan that is reasonably priced and offers a lot! From the different trim levels (a3,s3,rs3) to the various combinations for exterior and interior colors and the technology available, it's a great platform to get into the luxury brand! While this is a small sedan from Audi, surprisingly it offers a good bit of space! The backseat room is on the tight side, but if you want a small sedan, it's still a great option and would be a perfect daily driver! The all new 2023 Audi S3 has a great exterior design that gives it a sporty look and new for the interior is the shifter which is more sleek and still easy to use! Some of the controls are new as well like the audio adjustments and it's a great layout! The premium is in the middle of the trim levels for the S3, so the prestige would have a few more features and tech if that's something you are looking for!
The driving experience for this 2023 Audi S3 is amazing! It's such a fun, quiet and comfortable sedan to drive! Audi's have a great driving experience and this is no exception! My brother owns a previous generation S3 if you want to see more content around this car! The engine is the same so it's mainly the tech and exterior body that is different but same fundamentals!
Super fun car that is affordable and an easy platform to tune if you are interested in that!

my S3 is pretty similar: also glacier white with black pack plus. also B&O sound, red stitching and drive select.
The biggest difference is that mine is the hatchback version (which is not available in US but looks way better and is also more practical imo) also has the navigation plus and virtual cockpit plus with the bigger driving digitals - which i absolutley recommend! I also recommend the B&O sound system. it so soo good.
for my driving experiance: the quattro system is so advanced nowdays. was driving in snow and ice for about 3000 miles (with good winter tires ofc) the system made it feel like driving on asphalt. gives a lot of confidence. And if you turn of the ESP off on a curvy empty road you can have lots of fun sliding through the corners.
My S3 is _ by far _ the most comfortable place i have available. most comfortable seats and best sound. i just love beeing in it. when i end up in traffic jam i catch myself thinking: oh nice an excuse to spend more time in here" lol
i went 155 mph already and even then it feels very stable on its wheels and i had the feeling it could go faster without the limiter. also the breaks are pretty good for non ceramics. and between 60 and 120 it exalerates pretty quick still. like 12 seconds.
it does not need much space for parking, is very manouverable and has decent space for for road tripping, shopping and hobby.
for a city daily driver car i can reccomend 10/10.

Looks like a great car. I wanted the 2022 VW Golf R 6spd. But it wasnt in stock. So I got the 2022 VW Golf GTI Autobahn 6spd. Im debating about trading my VW in for a S3 Premium Plus. My only issue is that my 2022 GTI Autobahn which retailed for $40K comes with heated seats, ventilated seats and heated steering wheel. Meanwhile the S3 which starts at $10K more doesnt come with ventilated seats or heated steering wheel.
Ya, that’s personally my biggest issue with the S3 is that the R exists and comes fully loaded out the gate. And even when you max out the spec sheet on the Audi you’re still missing a lot of the content the R or GTI Autobahn has like the heated steering wheel and rear seats, ventilated front seats, and even some nice premium touches like illuminated door handles and puddle lights. If I’m paying 10k more for a premium brand, it’s gotta feel premium to me and like I’m hoping into something special, even at the lowest end of a premium brand.
I’d likely overlook some of the missing features if the interior materials quality of the Audi were noticeably better like more use of soft touch surfaces around the cabin versus the hard scratchy bits one associates with a mainstream brand. I’ve always been a fan of Audis in large part for their interior quality and design but this generation sadly comes across as a sort of “look but don’t touch” approach.

I just ordered a 24 model. You can order it with resonator delete. Done at the port. Definitely the way to go, if you want more aggressive sound.

@@markmulder996 Nice! Yeah these are great! My brother and his wife had a 2016 S3 the last two years. Just sold it as their RS3 got delivered. And that sits next to his Lambo lol. These Audis are fun!
@@BrosFOURRSpeed Yeah and for the people that don't have R8 or Lambo money, the S3 is an amazing bang for the buck, even compared to the RS3 it's a heck of a lot cheaper for a package that delivers on every aspect.

It should have some on the door trim and under the door handles. We just bought a 2024 RS3 and that what it has. Along with door sill, puddle lights and door insert lighting
what’s the package that gives the audi rings and badges the blacked out look? is it the black optic package ?

I would say the Audi, but the GT's are fine as well. I'd have to drive them back to back to see what the differences would be!

Torn between this and the CT 4 V. What are your thoughts on both? I found a slightly used 23 4V for $44k. I’m not sure that the Audi is that much of a better car. It does seem to be better but I’m not seeing justification for $10k more.
Are you searching used vs used? A brand new Audi will cost more for sure. I’ve been in the 4V and it’s nice, but I’d go Audi for reliability over a GM product. Just my preference.

Between Audi A3 and Cadillac ST5 which one is better?
I'd go A3. Audi is just nicer overall then Cadillac

I honestly can’t see any reason to get this over a Golf R unless you absolutely HAVE to have a sedan or need the Audi emblem. Don’t get me wrong though, I’d consider this almost purely for looks alone, I absolutely love the redesign inside and out, but there are just too many features omitted when comparing to the Golf like heated steering wheel and rear seats, ventilated front seats, or illuminated door handles and puddle lights. haven’t sat in either car yet and hoping to do so at the next auto show but it doesn’t seem like the Audi has a higher quality interior either? I’d almost spring for the Audi to be honest if the materials were noticeably better over the VW, and for the gorgeous looks.
It’s not unique to the S3 as you’re going to find feature discrepancies when comparing a top model mainstream brand versus an entry level luxury brand variant, but ya, if the interior materials quality was noticeably better I could possibly overlook the lack of features in the S3 (again, I haven’t sat in either yet so I’d could be pleasantly surprised). I’m a sucker for value and maximizing my dollar what can I say, especially in this economy.

All about your perspective on how much money is a lot of money. For a nice Audi, this is a good deal. It's also the cheapest Audi S car on the market. Very good car for the money when comparing it to others
@@BrosFOURRSpeed love this car, however i do feel its overpriced, just because you need to get it nearly loaded to be really nice, which brings price very near $60k, seems you can get a nearly fully loaded S4 for just like 2k more, or a A5 45 S-Line, for $56k, less than this. sure, it's half second slower, but otherwise?
the S3 is amazing, but it is overpriced, thing about the A3 line, is in order to get anything, you need to upgrade to premium plus then add tech package, etc. while all the other models have tech package and Awd standard. I think a nearly loaded S3 should be more around $50k. it would sell a lot more and would actually be $10k more than the A3 and 10K less than S4.
@@lostinoc3528 yeah I agree with that. My brother has an RS3 on order. It’s only about $6k more then this. And that’s a very high performance car. So it go used S3 honestly. But this is still their most affordable option for people very budget concerned. But I think the RS3 is a better value. Or you can get an S5 sportback for mid $50k range which is a great buy
