Interesting, the OKW is already a lightsaber so the idea of having something even more powerful and by this much of a margin is mindboggling. My only concern is the power draw, and the heat management. I am assuming this isn't an LEP so that means we are potentially looking at a lot of heat, and a major power hog, and I am curious how long it will last before it needs to step down.
You are looking at a lot of heat, but then again, this is a weapon mounted application. Much like a suppressor it’s not something you’re grabbing hold onto. We actually thermally regulated this in such a way that you get far superior thermal step downs than what was previously available on 2.0…And because we let the light get hotter, it performs better for longer. You guys are going to make me go broke!! ;-)
I have an OWL as well as a Rein 2.0 and they are impressive to say the least!
What colors will it come in?
My Rein 2.0 is supposed to be in O.D. green but that color does not match my OWL - which is actually O.D. green. (Please go back to the original O.D. green color!)
Will this be compatible with non cloud switches?
No, none of the other switches on the market are powerful enough to get maximum output out of our lights.
@@CloudDefensive Thanks! Any plans on a dual button switch that allows a split connection to a cloud light and something like Peq15? I think that's the main thing keeping me from ditching all my surefire for cloud!
whats the battery life vs the 2.0
65 mins with the 18650 battery
On your site it just says REIN, is it a 1.0,2.0 or 3.0?? I assume 3.0 but it does not say?
We dropped the numerical naming. All inventory is the latest 3.0 technology. 1.0 and 2.0 have been discontinued.
100,000 candela!? You guys are like mad scientists or something.
Your fries are ready!
100k candela plus being able to use 123's is INSANE... probably going to be switching back to cloud now for this 3.0 lol...
Probably gonna be $400
Meanwhile, people will probably get tired of waiting for the pistol light.
We can't control that per se. But we are working on it as fast as we can. We know you guys all want that.
@@CloudDefensive looking forward to it myself ✌
New head or completely new package?
Complete light
If y'all want to make some money; could you please make a direct competitor to the Streamlight TLR7a? If you could make a comparable sized version that produces 20k candela and still with good spill you would take 5 - 15 percent of their market share, I think.
I hope they do. I just got the x300 turbo in today and it was bigger than I thought . So now back on the prowl for something to fit my p365xl Icarus
Y'all need to make pistol WML!
i’m going to use modlite until you guys come out with the 5 or 6.0 lol
