Thanks for the tips. What type of plates are those i.e. dimensions etc? I have only found 1 company in the UK selling Goruck and they dont have the long plates for the back of the 4.0

Earnest, I am so sorry for the late reply I never saw a notification for a comment on my video! These plates are YES4ALL brand and the 30LB is 9.48 inches wide, 14.68 inches long, and 1.02 inches thick. The 15lb is 9 inches long, 5.7 inches wide, and 1.35 inches thick. I hope YES4ALL Is in the UK and you see this message in time!
