My wife saw one of these (non-S) and was convinced it was the next car we should buy. She said it was the most beautiful 4door car she’d ever seen. I completely agreed. Unfortunately it’s about four times as much as she wanted to spend on a new car. 😅 always great until I slowly tried to mention how much it was. She answered with oh well, never mind then.😂

I was recently really considering getting into an earlier model for around £75k - £85k but didn’t want to compromise too much on the spec. I ended up with a much newer, facelift model E63s and I’m in love. I think it’s the better ‘value’ car, it has all the performance and even more practicality (5 seats). The GT has the additional wow factor though 😬

This dealership is new. I believe he originally was an IT. But ran the drag times website for well over 10 or 15+ years. Or anyone could list drag times for their car.
I don’t think this is his dealership? Possible a friends who lets him review cars in exchange for promoting his car dealership

As someone who just bought a 2021 E63S a couple of weeks ago, this was a great video! These AWD AMG's are rockets. Fantastic all around cars.

Emotion start next time! Pull the paddle while you start the car...adds a little extra umpf. Also during launch....while your foot is on the brake, pull the paddle to raise the launching rpms.....
Does the Launch Control tip work on the E63S as well? I hadn't heard this before and recently picked up an E63S.
@@bluebomber697 not sure if it's across all model years. I have a 2021 GLC63 AMG and it works. What year is yours? Give it a shot.
@@flexlumanlan It’s a 2021(facelifted). It seems to be functionally identical to the GT63 in the video so I would imagine it would work. So do you press the brake, pull and release a paddle then mash the gas? Do you keep the paddle pulled, do you also have the gas mashed before pulling the paddle? How exactly do you engage it?
@@bluebomber697 hard on the brake, mash the gas. BEFORE letting off the brake, left paddle to lower the rpm by 100 right paddle to raise the rpm by 100..... The more times you pull the paddles the more times it lowers or raises the rpm by 100. Good for lowering the launch rpms in slicker conditions or raising it to be a hoon. 🤣. Be wary of excess engine strain when raising the rpms..... But it's an AMG and should be able to take the occasional abuse.
