    Keep doing what you’re doing - get a good run block in over the winter. For now it’s moving in the right direction. Good luck with rest of season

    Just an idea into the air. Did you look into the Lever? Astle and Hanson are using it for running. It allows to increase the running load and rehab if injured.

    Running camp in Kenya 100% will make a positive impact on your running, although you need to take into account the downsides as no swimming or cycling during the camp.

    I'm doing IM Tallinn. There's also 70.3 the next day. It's in the pro series and the European championship. Your rival Palmer will be there. Maybe you want to do it too? 😂. (I'm stoked to see some pros, haha, if I survive IM)
