- Lets recycle our common household waste materials by making a mosquito trap. Mosquitoes are attracted in dark colors they will enter in the hole colored black and cannot find its way out. amazingly simple, I can't believe it trapped so many mosquitoes. An improvement could be adding stagnant water on the bottom with a windscreen, so that they sense the water and be more attracted to the trap.
Put a pair of socks in the box.

Wow eight mosquito in 24 hr. my oh my. How about a box fan with screen on the intake side of it. Black light and source of co2, yeast and sugar little water.

you all do realize he left the cap screwed on inside the bottle right?
there's 2 small openings at the side of the cap to let the mosquito come in and cannot find its way out.
The one on the top of the lid had 2 flaps that he cut out so that he could keep the cap on. The one inside the container didn’t have a top at all. Not sure if you watched the whole videos. If you didn’t he actually showed the part where he cut the openings.
@@TriggaTreDaySo the question to me is, why cutting flaps insted of simply letting this inner bottle wihout the cap?
It has already been said, “where is the bait that will draw the mosquitoes in?”. You are creative but why would I want to spend the time making your unit? If I have mosquitoes that need to die, I want them dead yesterday.
