    You are a great teacher.
    I'm a novice and your tutorials have empowered me to start my journey.
    I have been trying to grow out my natural nails unsuccessfully for 8 months after having acrylics for many.
    I was super attracted to rubber base builders. Although overwhelmed by either too complicated tutorials or not enough information.

    I started using builder gel in a bottle in my nails a few months ago but I started off with using forms. I had long natural nails but one after another started breaking so I would build them as they broke. Doing a whole set would take forever so might have to try out some tips!!!

    • @Kiki.London
      @Kiki.London  2 роки тому +2

      Sorry I have only just see your comment!
      That's a shame the nails were breaking, if you find this happens it may mean you need to build up the thickness, also when using forms make sure there is enough product at the stress area (where the form meets the natural nail) this can help breakages.. but yes for quickness I do love tips too! ♥️♥️

    I get so caught up trying to blend in my tip with my natural before applying the gel. I noticed you aren't even bothering with the flairs on the sides of the start of tip. Does it still stay on with them flairing out and not attached perfectly to the real nail?

    • @Kiki.London
      @Kiki.London  Рік тому

      Hey! So In this video, I'm working on a practice/fake hand therefore not stressing as much about the tip flaring as its a little harder to file on these hand.. on a real hand yes it's best to get rid of any flaring but I only do a little blending of the nail tips as I try to use thin tips 💜

    • @Kiki.London
      @Kiki.London  Місяць тому

      Hey lovely,
      Hmm no that is not normal - are the nails completely coming off or are they breaking at the free edge or tip area?
      If they're completely coming off it could be prep issue or not enough strength being build up.
      If thy're snapping at the free edge or extension the it could be there is not enough product in that area.
      Hopefully we can help you further

      @Share Dalton that's so strange! When you say it went funny do you mean it wrinkled or separated?

      If you use the no Wipe Top Coat, Rubber Top Coat or the Matte Top Coat then no you do not need to Wipe after.
      If you use the one that is simply called top coat, this leaves a tacky layer which you do need to wipe ♥️

    • @Kiki.London

      Hey! This was a longer set of nails so does take a bit more building however you don't actually use loads of the product, the bottles are 15ml so last quite a few sets however this does depend on what length sets you're doing, alot of the time builder gel is used for Overlays or short to medium length nails therefore not using lots of product per a set ♥️
