    Thank you for the tip at the end. The burfi went to a powder stage and was disappointed. But tried the tip that you had shared, and added a few spoons of water and did it again. It worked and it could be cut into neat pieces too. Thanks a lot.

    This looks like a very doable recipe and look forward to trying it. Could I use less sugar, say 1/2 the quantity? Do you think sugar substitutes such as erythritol could be used? Thank you

      Thank u sister. Pls try to put so that i can follow with confidence beacuse i tried a lot from other channels but it gets slight bitter and blande taste so pls put. If we can mix with besan to balance the bitter taste or any other means?

      We can't time like that. The mixture should become thick and roll without sticking to sides of pan.

    How many grams badam and sugar.?measurement in grams? How many pieces of badam burfi will come?

      almond around 150gms. sugar quantity depends upon the measurement of the badam paste. if the paste is 150gms then take 150gms sugar.

    Thank you so much for sharing your recipes. You make it look so simple! I tried the badam burfi and Kaju katli. I struggled a bit with the badam burfi and found making Kaju katli a lot easier. I guess I need a non-stick pan? And also, I used "sugar in the raw" and it was very sweet. Next time will have to reduce the quantity of sugar. Thanks again. Happy Deepavali to you and your family.

      First pour some ghee in the kadai and mildly mix badam paste in it and fry for 1or 2 minutes, then add sugar and prepare.
