GITAJI! I was re watching Ur 4 in 1 batter video. Firstly we have to soak all the required ingredients together. Instead of A Mixie, if we are using WET GRINDER, What should be the correct Grinding time??
U have soaked all the ingredients together and had grinded in a mixie using cold water( 4 in batter using mixie video). INSTEAD OF A MIXIE, IF WE ARE USING WET GRINDER, THEN WHAT SHOULD BE THE APT DURATION GITAJI??

What to do if the burfi goes very soft n not able to make it to good shape
Take some sugar and make one string syrup and add this and cook again
Aunty what can be done for the raw badam taste to go off...while tasting few friends said that they taste raw badam...
You can add some khova or essence if you like

about 20 mins for urad dal and approx 15 mins for rice

Iwish there was some gadget that could stir the mix continuosly.
