What was d cooking time? B coz i made 3 mistakes 1.sugar was less.2.i put ghee.3.bcoz of all above that burfi consistency didn't come it was like halwa.now i will try as per yours nd tell u.tnx

I prepared this ya but it was very sticky, not able to cut to pieces, so as u told I again stirred it in kadai, I got likeball shaped dove but after pouring in plate again not able to cut to pieces, so finally I refrigerated it and it's like halwa and not burfi, si please tell me the stage of halwa and the stage where it becomes burfi
mam...when ever you stir a burfi again for the right consistency, the second time stir it in a new kadai....this really helps
Try pouring a little burfi mixture in the greased plate, allow it to cool off and then you can check if you can break.
