Thank you for this review. I think you made a very good point when you said this would make a great alternative to some Chinese pens, many of which have a F or EF nib only. This BIC gives a much wider line width and is a wetter writer. I like this pen as well because it is not disposable. I think disposable fountain pens are a waste of plastics. This BIC is re-usable with cartridges. The only weakness is the plastic clip which looks fragile to me. Good review.
The whole stationery industry is dominated with plastics and a lot of afteruse waste. Better to invest bit more and use something that can be reused for long. You are so right, David. Thank you. 😊
I agree with you, David! I think that this BIC fountain pen is one of the few affordable writing instruments with a nice jucy broad nib. At this price the clip is not a problem and the light cap at only 2 gr is quite resistant in time. Thank you for your view! 🙂
