It's worth noting that if you use the music from Instagram you cannot do a paid boost/ad with it. You need to edit your video on an outside app and add the music there then import the completed video into Instagram to be shared.
At 2:30 I cannot figure out where you are in the edit process. I do not edit on my phone but DO often shoot with an iPhone. I can see RECENTS but am lost! Thanks for sharing it!

I found this too if your instagram is a business account it doesn’t appear as an option but if it’s a normal personal account the option appears. Guess it’s something to do with business accounts not being allowed to use certain music 😕 ah well onwards and upwards. Great tips by the way Jonny
Sorry, I am a newbie on Reels. You are recording the content in the Instagram app (not the phone camera) and in the app, you then save them so as to later piece several of them together. Are you editing the clips in the Instagram app or another app like Premiere Rush?

Was doing great in my reels, I was averaging 3k per reel in views but then suddenly only one reel is getting all the views and all my new ones aren’t getting the views anymore … can anyone help? Thanks I would appreciate it

I think they're also using auto captions as a carrot/sick. I seem to be shadow banned again and I *had* the auto captions sticker and now I don't. 🤷♂️
Just figured it out. Facebook doesn't show the IG reels automatically like it dies with Stories. I have to manually tap, Create Reel in Facebook and then all my recommended reels show up and I can select a reel and post it. More work. Too bad it's not automatic.
It's possible in premiere but I'm suggesting trying it using the app since it's so simple. Can't vouch for how it will hit an audience but I thought it was an interesting idea, so shared.

Reels kills creativity. It just has everyone doing the same thing and copying each other. My advice stop using reels. Once Instagram notice that it’s users don’t care much for it it would push them to get creative. Ig just copy TikTok that’s what reel is a copy of everyone

I usually export at 1080 x 1920, I edit with 4k or HD depending on what the source video is.

Try something new, it could be that people have gotten used to your format and are swiping away.

Can't find that setting to allow Reels to go to Facebook.
It should be there, right as you post if not, update the app.
