It’s all just fundamental torch angle, tip to work distance and travel speed

A question Chris, if I can get metalcore say in 035 in 10 lb spools what gas can i use with my 2200?
Will 75/25 work or should i go 90/10 ? thanks, it is the bead appearance that I want.

75/25 works perfectly fine. The only difference will be voltage settings. The more you increase the argon the less voltage you have to use. Adjust your voltage to get your favored results - I hope all is well Bruce 👊

Thank you for the video. I haven't found much on UA-cam about metal core. Looks interesting, would like to try it sometime soon

Push direction but keep it pretty much 90 degrees because it drives it into the joint alot better than 5 to 10

@@angarorz1 Yes, I suggest ordering the aluminum parts which include a 1/16 liner, drive wheels and .052 contact tips. Send me an email at bliven.christopher@fronius.com and I can assist

Kind of cheating using a Fronius to show how well a cored wire can be lol should use a miller or Lincoln for a more fair result as a Fronius would weld anything really good tbh i use a tps 320 my self so I'm talking from experience !

We were talking about doing a Miller/Fronius side by side comparison. Metal cored wire makes it a little easier.
