250g glutinous rice flour (糯米粉)
2 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
250ml water (水)
5 pieces pandan leaves (香兰叶)
1 tbsp oil (油)
Filling (馅料):
100g palm sugar / gula melaka (椰糖)
2 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
200g grated coconut (白椰丝)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)

I added the boiling water and it became to sticky to handle....

why adding oil to your dough??? what's the trick? why wont you just add water of room temperature?
Don't know why so sticky. Add flour again. Can't wrap. See so easy but very hard

Saya orang melayu. ade orang panggil Onde-Onde ada panggil kuih buah Melaka. Tapi setahu saya dari dulu orang panggil Onde-Onde. Kuih bom bijan itu panggil Onde-Onde. Saya pun pelik.
