I am sorry Denise, but this IS an extreme case. She is where she needs to be. I don’t care how
Masters degree she is earned, and how educated she has become ,
the fact still remains without her ….Greg Smart would still be alive. I do respect your opinion .
@@kathylynn7705 Gertrudę Baniszewski, with the help of her own kids and neighborhood kids, held 16-year-old Sylvia Likens prisoner in her cellar. The girl was repeatedly kicked in her genital area, burned with cigarettes over 150 times, twice forced to strip before other kids and shove a soft drink bottle up her vagina, subjected to scalding hot baths, denied normal food and the use of the toilet, forced to consume urine and feces while her captors watched and laughed, and finally burned with the words: "I'm a prostitute and proud of it!" on her stomach. (She was probably a virgin.) THAT is an extreme case. That was 3 MONTHS of daily torture. Guess what? Gertrude Baniszewski was paroled after 20 years of imprisonment. She told the parole board, "I'm asking for mercy, nothing more." She was freed after 20 years because parole board members believed she "had changed."
Without GB, Sylvia Likens would not have been tortured on a day to day basis for 3 months and not have been killed. But she was deemed worthy of mercy.
Some debts can NEVER be repaid. Your life is Prison forever. Live it-
Guilty for sure
She lost
Yes she is guilty
ALL her life she was lying and unremorseful by covering it up by saying no she did not plot to kill Greg, and she says she misses him! If she would own up to her crime and admitted she wanted to have Greg killed and told Greg's family she did it and shows genuine remorse, then there could have been a possibility of commuting her sentence!
She just lost again. Pammywise stays in prison. Yay
This was the wrong person to interview to demonstate sympathy for inmates and redemption to this day she never admitted her role in the crime
Oh I love me too. How would the prison ever function without her. She hasn't changed one bit. Greg didn't get a life so why should she. Who does she pray to, because until she confesses her guilt, ain't nobody listen. Ps66, v 18.
34yrs locked up wow o my days. That’s a tough tough sentence
Now what, 😂😂 young pretty Rock n Roll lady
she had her husband killed she should never be let out of prison.........................................................
She won't..just lost.

She won't admit to what the whole world knows she did and what a jury convicted her of doing. Fine. Keep playing softball then.

Guilty as charged !
This woman has rotted, shivered up, and is still begging for release, when indeed she was the ringleader in this whole thing! And until this day??? I still don’t believe her!!! She has accomplished a lot, Yes and is in involved in a lot of activities, and her jobs?? Great then ?spend the other half of your life continuing to use all your skills and knowledge too keep excelling , and thriving in all areas of her life! Especially helping young women thrive there in prison in the expertises she may hold!! Enedina NM
You manipulated a young kid that you had your thrills with because he looked like a rocker and he was amazed with you! Ashame you took advantage of his youth! Also, so sad for Greg and his family and friends. Look in the mirror, you broke your mother's heart, not anyone else!
What possible "thrills" could she have had with a young kid?
My first thoughts were condemning, but I am not one to condemn, nor judge (I must remind myself of that). Instead, I ultimately wish to send you love, forgiveness of/for oneself. The God I know is a forgiving God. Have a good day, Pam. Amen.
If she asks him.
She is still an unrepentant murderer. God wants to hear the truth from us.
what is the point of going to school if she is never getting out of prison?

Women serving long prison terms age horribly.
Listen to her _ she's saying that when she playing softball outside she's free. But yet Greg's, body is six feet under _ but his sprit is free.

I AM PRAYING FOR HER POOR MOM!!!!!!!
Yep. Pammywise is killing her as well.
I don't feel bad for her she did these things to herself but I do believe that she deserves a chance of parole I mean God's sake even Diane Downs gets chances for parole thank God they haven't let her out but still yet neither one of them to this day has said what they did that's why they're still going to be sitting there regardless if they did or didn't have Parole
I agree. She should be granted parole…………….if she brings Greg back to life. Otherwise, go play with the reaper.

I think she should be let out look at Leslie Van houten she did way less she didnt stab anybody or shoot anybody
Leslie was in prison 50yrs. She admitted what she did and showed remorse. Pam only regrets having an “affair” with a minor. She is a child molester and should’ve been charged for statutory r*pe. I have zero sympathy for her. RIP Greg🙏❤️

I do feel for anyone in prison 😔 no matter what the circumstances.
The victims families suffer as much as victims did. It's sad she still takes no b responsibility for her crimes. By the way I live 20 minutes away from the crime. The keystone reporters wmur news suspected she was guilty and I don't agree with all the coverage it should have been away from that town of derry. It's a small place. Everybody knows everyone.
She knows her decision to have sex with a 16-year-old boy loaded that gun.
She DOES take responsibility. She said, "My bad choices loaded the gun."
She actually did recently.
@denisenoe7746 well if she said that then she is. My bad.
Jewelry in prison ????
such a nice video for the victims to enjoy.. smh
Strange woman. The evidence against here is clear and overwhelming and she still can't tell the truth. Frankly, if she would have told the truth and seemed truly remorseful she might have done 20 years. She took a life and destroyed other lives. I think she believes she's smarter than just about everyone and is a narcissist. But, hey, what do I know? I know she cannot stop lying and she's not bright enough to realize that continued lying only insures she will never get out of prison.
Is she toothless?
I love you Pamela smart .
She may be guilty of murder but I think she deserves a second chance. She has paid her dues after 32 years. the governor should show some mercy for Chris's sake. I genuinely feel sad for this woman.
Maybe if she took accountability for what she did or showed any remorse but she still insists she's a victim. Fuck her.
Greg, Smart doesn’t get a second chance. His family missing him does not get a second chance with him.
She looked better when she had teeth.
WELL MAYBE YOU CAN BECOME PEN PALS WITH CHRIS WATTS!!😊
Still won’t admit what she did. She could’ve had children. She could’ve gotten a divorce instead of killing her husband.
I think it’s so amazing how when they’re in prison they find God and they believe in God but many of them get out and go right back to doing illegal activities
Humans make tragic mistakes
Yet to judge anyone is the same sin as murder.
Every soul has deep value to God.

Im not sure what your trying to say. Are you saying a person who murders shouldn't be judged, we all should just cross our fingers and hope they dont take another innocent person's life, let them go free. She had a fair trial and was found guilty. Are you saying there shouldn't be consequences for murder?
How did you get the idea that to judge someone is the same sin as murder? That not in the Bible.
does anybody think she should be let free?
she did serve a lot of prison time. is there any point letting her suffer? i dont know
No..she just lost again

It's not doing hee a single ounce of good to continue to live a lie! The affair let upto it absolutely she us correct there. But also she set the murder up!

New Hampshire needs to re-examine its laws in light of its own state constitution. An accessory to murder should be eligible for a sentence that allows for the possibility of rehabilitation. A sentence of 25 to life would have been appropriate in this case. New Hampshire only has either death of life without parole for accessory to 1st degree murder and that barbarism is unworthy of a modern society.
In case someone mistakes me for a "bleeding heart liberal," I also believe it is outrageous that Cecilia Pearce, who searched for a gun to be used in the murder and knew of the murder plans, got off scot-free.
No this women is guilty. She was the mastermind behind her husband's murder. She should stay in prison until she leaves in a body bag. Beside the NH supreme court denied her appeal and she already said that was her last hope.

Please explain how Pam Smart's crime is worse than the torture-slaying of Sylvia Likens and why, unlike Gertrude Baniszewski, Pam Smart is incapable of rehabilitation.
@@lisachlastawa7742 I have no opinion on her guilt. The New Hampshire constitution states the purpose of punishment is "the rehabilitation, not the extermination of mankind" and rehabilitation has been accomplished.
@@lisachlastawa7742 I don't take a position on her guilt one way or another. If guilty of being an accessory to 1st degree murder, more than 30 years is quite adequate punishment and her conduct in prison clearly shows rehabilitation. All sociopaths find religion in prison
Pamela's words are such inspiration. She can be positive in this controlled environment without her freedom. She doesn't take anything for granted like we do sometimes.
