    The 100m freestyle has long been considered one of the marquee events in swimming. Weissmuller to Dressel, with Spitz and van den Hoogenband in between, it has and will always remain one of the most exciting races in the sport!
    With the 2023 World Aquatics Championships underway in Fukuoka, A new world champion will crowned in the event. But before that happens, why not take a look at how the event has evolved over the years! From Duke Kahanamoku's win in a 100m length pool at Antwerp 1920 to Caeleb Dressel massive Olympic record swim at Tokyo 2020, the men's 100m freestyle has come a a long way!
