- Part 5 of my jetski build, 3rd time she's been in the water, but the first time with its own engine! it was very complicated to work out a cooling system, with a watercooled exhaust, but it worked pretty good aside from some driveline problems, which were to be expected

Is the sound the best part?🤩🔥
jawis😆
It sounds awesome. Can't wait to see the finished product. I was thinking you should stick the headlights in anyway :)
It is so good I could listen to that forever
Bro please let us get the final video asap 👌👍
Man I just wanna say thank you for sharing your builds with us. The amount of planning necessary to pull this off can't be put on film. The fact you don't have a million subs is criminal. 🤘
I would dearly love to be your age again to have the strength to build things like this myself. I am a 76 year old former VW and Alfa Romeo mechanic who built an open frame dune buggy and 7' 10" hydroplane boat in my youth. I have four Honda motorcycles but I dreamt of putting a Yamaha V-Max engine in a jet ski and here YOU are with almost exactly what I was thinking. Here in Florida USA there are all kinds of jet skis available cheap with blown engines and the idea of transplanting a water-cooled motorcycle engine would be right up my alley. Congratulations on your build and your welding skills!
What an amazing build!👏 This dude is seriously talented.
You are a very skilled and diligent fabricator! The amount of hours you spend to put a video like this together has to be immense. Love the project! Nice work!!!
It sounds so AMAZING! The engine is perfect for that and the exhaust is awesome!
Wow...I am so proud of you. You are a good Engineer
You my friend are a very talented young man. Can't wait to see the finished product.
Definitely my favorite build to follow, each episode is worth the wait, thank you for another amazing video, and great work!!
Perfectly stated!
Amazing the array of skill and knowledge you have to build this
Just ridiculous.Your play by play in regards to explaining the build is spot on man, you anticipated every possible question we might have had.
Your quiet community is going to hate you.. Perfect.
Insane that you only have 150k subs. This is exactly the kind of thing UA-cam is for :)
Awesome job on the heat exchangers! I might copy that idea for my mini jet boat. Thanks for sharing!
Such a good engineer.. very proud of you my friend.
It's just great. You clearly have a good feeling for making stuff.
Well done. Can't wait for the complete build.
You're amazing man, I can't wait to see it finished.
Your builds...but especially this one...has inspired me to do a project of my own. Nothing like your projects...its a pavilion roof for my patio. Carpentry is my skill set. But it's an elaborate design...timber frame with heavy beams and lots of joinery. I swear it's because of watching you that I say "I can do this"...don't limit yourself. I get the timbers delivered this week. I am doing it all myself...I've even made a mobile crane for lifting heavy beams by myself. Thanks for the inspiration. Also...that engine sounds gnarly!
Awesome job, can't wait for the next part :) Sounds amazing!
Amazing buddy! Can’t wait to see the full assembly
Your creativiy and workmanship are awesome. That exhaust system is really well done. 👍 Looking forward to more videos.
Thanks!💪🏻
I’m hoping to build my own jet boat in the coming months. I already have a vfr 750 engine and gearbox a boat is easy enough to pick up but I don’t have the skills or tools to fabricate the jet drive so I’m stuck with having to source a drive from a jet ski which could probably cost more than the boat I intend on buying.
Thanks for your videos as they’ve answered questions I didn’t know existed. All food for thought.
Great job, awesome fabrication!
I do have to say that if the jet drive was fully underwater I think you would have a HUGE increase in propulsion.
I think when he's sitting on the back it'll be underwater
Very cool! Are you sure the belt is under proper tension? Under load the metal structure might deform and make the belt slack. I think that belt should handle that power under the right circumstances.
Belt drives like that are used on experimental aircraft and they can handle a lot of power.
Idler pulley would probably take care of the belt jumping. Great build.
The truth is that the work is very hard, but it is very excellent and very good engineering creativity.⚓🥇
Really nice job man, keep on going. Looking forward to seeing the result.
Dude, finally waiting for you to update the video. A thank you from a Chinese guy.
Awesome. Really enjoying this series
Amazing . Keep up the good work . I hope to see the finished project .
Thing is awesome I will be downloading the pans and building my own with a vtec 4 cyclender
Respect.
there is some serious talent here! I salute you
Great build so far, so much work, but it is paying off for you for sure.
You really did a great job with the header manifold 👌🏼
Amazing build, gets better every video. Looking forward to the next episode, keep it up man!
Amazing build! You have such an imagination to even dream of such a complex project and then to have the skills and determination to achieve a dream. Looking forward to see the completed project and you enjoying it. Stay safe,
Heel gaaf!
One idea for an improved drive system in replace of the belt would be a snowmobile chain-case, affordable and able to withstand a lot of power., plus if the chain were to break you wouldn’t have it potentially damage the hull.
I love your videos! I'm working on swapping a Yamaha r1 motor in my seadoo xp. And your work has gave me some ideas thanks. I like your heat exchanger and the water injected exhaust.
The best Z generation I saw. Thanks man!
I wish you would have more videos but when you do they are awesome. You are a mad genius. Don't stop...
Great project, i´ve seen all parts and it´s amazing what kind of skills you have. I think the result of all will make a lot of fun. Here in Germany / Bavaria i´m not allowed to drive something like this beast. Hope to see the next part soon
Man your skills in fabrication are really impressive! You manage enought to make everything you think work in metal-working, welding, wood-working and fabricating. Considering your young age is really impressive, my compliments! Iwish to leave you a suggestion anyway: to rise the belt shaft make new two plates made of a sigle piece each, if you want to add a piece like you did I suggest to weld it with a 7018 rod with a proper bevel because is much stronger than MAG welding, consider that are very stressed areas from the torque of the shaft.
Looking great, lots of power and should be fun!
Point on the drive belt, set the tension correctly and the belt should never skip, so don't remove it and change yet. Belt will be quiet compared to other options. Maybe need a mechanical threaded adjuster to set and hold the tension properly.
Awesome build.
Many thanks to you 1st for your awesomeness idea & 2nd for your excellent idea on how you gonna make a cooler system for your engine....this already solve my problem on finding the best way to cooling my coolant's for my outboard engine...🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👏👏👏....greeting from Sarawak, Borneo island....
Oh my God absolutely awesome. You are amazing. Engineer man. Awesome video you are the greatest.
Echt knap werk!
Very cool. Keep up the great work
that is a whole lot of engine for a small boat and 1 passenger. bet that should be a riot and fun to ride. awesome. keep it wild g! 💯🤙🏽👏🏽
How this channel doesn't already have 10 million subs is beyond me. Very much a fucking amazing job!!!
Man you are so Talented you're an Absolute Genius you must be an Engineer ... INCREDIBLE!! 👍😎🤙 Beanie
That is going to be sick, (in a good way) love it...
Crazy machine🤪 amazing video as always!😁
Awesome carnt wait till its finished mate
Awesome job!
Nice of your sister to help out again!
Thanks! She’s my gf🙈😜
I love your videos they are so nice thanks
Cool man. Your one talented guy.
Hi was thinking and wondering how hard it would be to pull this off. I stumbled across your video. Well congrats on an epic build and an epic video really well done. Nice to see an in depth build video. your hard work has payed off what an inspiration 🙌
I love that this jet ski has multiple gears. That will sound very unique will driving it.
this young man does great job but he need to do more then 1 video in a month
Excellent work mate,I like the way you make progress on every episode. I will certainly be a lifelong subscriber:)
Man, that things gonna fly!
Woow, i'm exciting already. I like that sound!
Perfect content. Modifying exhaust cooling system to double wall could be wise. Water may flow back into the engine when you deaccelerate too quickly.
AWSOME dude!!!
Geweldig, helemaal gek :)
Amazing man
looking forward to your next video🙏🏾
Absolutely bananas
Dude your a genius. Bsafe dude
dude.... you know ur crazy, right? what an amazing work!
can't wait to see the next part X_X
Incredible talent.
Guys, Good project !)
Awesome man, for engine best performance use the same length on each exhaust pipes from engine to the big collect tube. Cheers, you are good on what you do. Sorry for my English.
Excellent!!!
Wow you have been busy! That is a lot of work , the exhaust and cooling system is great cool sounding JetSki be strange changing through the gears
Nice job.... 👍👍👍
Looking good, use bigger sprockets for more contact area but I think a belt is short lived.
Will do, i guess we’ll see how long it lasts
This thing is a masterpiece 😍
🙏🏻👊🏻👊🏻
Veryyyy nicee. Respect!
Good job boy👍
Amazing man..
Awesome..waiting for part 6 🤣🤣🤣
VERY impressive.
Pretty good idea it's interesting to me Pete it looks like you best them on land and water 💦 nice 👍😮😅😊
Well done ✅ 👍 was concerned your jet drive prop might be the opposite hand to the engine rotation but you obviously know what you are doing, you could upgrade your belt with a timing chain and elliptical cog to improve acceleration and reduce labour on the engine
Hey Congrats & thanks for the tech. initiation, hope to see how you will solve the belt system problem !
Regards from 🇧🇷
Great project thanks for sharing. Love the "sounds" of the engine thru your headers and exhaust system. Perhaps the belt needs to have more tension but I am sure from watching that you will fix that problem. My concern is that it seems that perhaps your boat is a little short and too small for the combined weight of the engine and yourself. She seems to sit a little too low in the water and she ploughs a bit. It does look like you almost hit "plane" but a little more rake in the hull would make it lift quicker. I have built a few boats back in the 60s and 70s so it's been a while and I am far from being a master boatwright. Keep your videos coming.
Very cool, just saw someone make it in pla seeing it now in metal gives me better options
Mooi werk man!
Mengikiti dari part 1 sampai selesai.keren bro salam dari 🇮🇩
Awesome! Cant wait for the next part! Maybe put the driveshaft directly on the jet?
