@Aero PH I went to the Philippines in 2019, when i was at LAX the Security Lines were faster, its long but the Lines were moving faster.
I think 747 is also capable of no fuel stop from SFO or LA to Manila. Only perhaps when they are so heavy that they could not carry maximum fuel so the need to refuel in Hawaii or or Guam. I heard of none stop flights back in the 90's when PAL fleet consisted of 747s.
I love them direct flights to Manila
Especially when the other countries are still so paranoid with CV19. Direct flight avoids all those silly delays in those foreign airports.

I'm 6'2 and 250 pounds. Really difficult to sit in a regular economy seat. Especially when the jerk in front of me reclines his/her seat into my knees. 😡😡
So i reserve the bulkhead aisle seat for additional $120. Worth it from LAX to Manila. Then on the way back to LAX i will just get a regular $20 aisle seat.
5:03 hate watching movies from that screen. The movie is edited so bad it's almost unwatchable. I bring my own tablet to watch movies with all my favorite movies pre downloaded
@Dave yes. USB power outlet. But, it charges slow. I bring my own power bank to keep my devices charged up throughout the 15 hour flight.
lol until your introduction I was thinking "Wait, what!!?!" 🤣 LAX congested, Oh I don't know, when I was at NAIA they gave us stickers because they couldn't figure out which lineup was for which counters 😅 never seen PR 103, american flight designation maybe? I always Take PR116. Love the 777, gorgeus plane and that engine! 😍
i thought PAL flies around the ring of fire, not thru pacific. i remember it flying up to alaska before heading down towards japan.

Unfair talaga yung PAL..no.pag papunta ka ng US o europe..VIP class ang sasakyan mo.peru pag pupunta ka ng med east..yung economy lang kaya nila ibigay.nkakatawa man peru realtalk lang tayu..ganun ang turing ng company na eto sa ibang ofw sa med east.
Yung business class nila ay first class na din. Upuan na lang ang pinagkaiba siguro.

Legroom good for short people. not for tall people like me. lol legroom even worse on China airlines. All their seats are made for small people. Never flew with them again.

I'm going in February 2023. Ticket price gone up quick. two weeks ago it was 960 for round trip and now it's 1133. Jeez. And it's 7 months early. I checked Oct. to Nov. flights and it's over $1400. Rising gas prices are to blame i guess.
