Structural or Functional Scoliosis - can anything be done other than Surgery

Intro to my Book on new science research for helping Scoliosis all about myofascia and biotensegrity, is a structural scoliosis coming from the fascia and can it be released with fascia reflex techniques not just basic exercises. And can it be improved enough I avoid surgery.....??
