PopCorn salted caramel recipe - Movie night snack recipe

Who doesn't love Popcorn? Who doesn't love PopCorn Caramel?
I believe everyone will love this recipe. It is very easy to make at home, with few ingredients, and so much delicious.

Ingredients :
1cup / 200g sugar
2oz / 60ml water
1/4cup /60g unsalted butter
pinch of salt
1 tsp Sodium bicarbonate
Popcorn seeds.
1. Make your favorite popcorn method. I used my old and refurbished popcorn machine but you can do the classic way into a to with a little bit of oil.
2. In a saucepan, add the sugar and water and make the caramel on medium heat.
3. Never stir into the syrup, putting something cold into hot sugar, will crystalized the sugar.
4. After you getting a reach amber color, add the butter and stir in until dissolved. Be careful, sugar syrup is extremely hot.
5. Add a pinch of salt and Sodium bicarbonate.
6. Pour over the popcorns and mixt it well until you get a nice cover allover popcorns.
7. Let it cool down and break the big chunks into smaller pieces.
