    This is the first of a 5 part series taking a look at a sample workout from each one of our base programs!

    What's the reason you don't do overhead barbell work?

      I have rotator cuff issues on the left side and lack the requisite stability/mobility to do it without causing issues with my neck. Old injury. Landmine allows me to get a great overhead stimulus!
