Most creative producer in UA-cam atm, you’re the only person I see talking about textures and including very original sound designs techniques in their beats, not only dragging and dropping samples. 👏
These overexplained have become my favourite thing on UA-cam and have cemented you as my go-to production channel. You've always been a gold mine of knowledge but these vids just offer SO much. You're also quickly becoming one of the funniest producers around, that humour's really coming through and I love it 👌
You go into things that no other producers mention. You explain the basics and why things work rather than everyone else who just puts samples together, makes it a beat and that's it.
Navie who's your electrician? The work triggered me as a fellow spark can't lie, fire video as usual! Got excited to watch this and wasn't disappointed🔥🐉
Navie, the level of comedy in this one made me almost choke on my dinner watching. Pure gold sense of humor. love the tips, made use of them instantly. I need to stop eating while watching those lol
Dope stuff. Could you also make a series on sampling actual songs? As opposed to modern loops? 70’s soul, 90’s RnB? Just an idea cause I’d like to see that. Thanks again
Its just the same principals. You just treat the songs as you would these “modern loops” just listen and listen and listen and once you find something that tickles your ears you decide what you wanna do with it. Loop it, chop it, reverse it, add your own layers. Whatever.
Love these overexplained videos I’m so glad you’re not doing the constant cutaway jokes that a lot of other producer UA-camrs are doing rn like cxdy And when you do make jokes they’re actually not forced and fit the context of what you’re talking about
Omfg, today I was thinking of sampling but didn't really get to the field, fortunately this video dropped today only and I loved this!!!! Thanks Navie for this tutorial
These over explained videos have been amazing I’ve really enjoyed all of them. Thank you for all the gems and secrets you show us for free. Love how much you experiment 90% of UA-camr producers make generic beats👍💯
bruh i stg i been making beats every day for a year and i always be learning the most from u, shit u had me going "cool" "woah" every other minute in this video, clearly still got plenty to learn so thank you for doing what you do man , you really taking the secret society / sauce vibes out of producing, but in a good way u feel me ? just makin it accessible for everyone who want to learn based navie
Dope overexplanation! For me, the most helpful thing I took from this was to use Fruity Granulizer. That and alt + K.. I already forgot about it from last video lmaooo.. Thanks Navie, I'm inspired to go create! BRB.
i swear no disrespect to all the Producers on UA-cam, i love them all. But Navie D with jokes are just another level. This guy never fails to make me laugh. hahahahahahah.
D33dz in da building! Stumbled across your channel. Just started making music bout a year Go today and this channel is gonna be a good resource on my journey. Appreciate ya
This is sick. Is there a way you can do a video specifically on how to recreate those early 2000s rnb/soul beat drums like Kanye, Just Blaze, Jake One etc
Navie, you're amazing, I learn a lot with your videos, and I'm dying of laughter xD, thanks for freely spreading so much knowledge, tips and more... Your videos help people from many different places, I'm a rookie beatmaker from Argentina and you are my academy, I hope you are doing well teacher, blessings. ♥
You use a lot of strange sounds that are modulated differently. How do you know that they will match the key of your choice (e.g. C minor) without introducing dissonance? Modulating sounds can introduce some chaos in frequencies that can be difficult to control.
Hit like if you want a link to one of my new channels (and let me know which one 😏)
haha, you had me at hammer
You gotta bottle that sauce my dude
The Sauce channel.. You had the Sauce! That's why your house exploded. The Sauce Gawds shant allow it!
Hi pls can u teach me more from stratch, this video is amazing much love. From ur fans pls reply
I would definitely love to see more navie feet!
Most creative producer in UA-cam atm, you’re the only person I see talking about textures and including very original sound designs techniques in their beats, not only dragging and dropping samples. 👏
Thank you Purp! I try to go the extra distance to show some cool ideas
Who are you looking at?
Definitely enjoy the “overexplained” videos, keep them coming! I appreciate your knowledge and techniques! Thanks!
Thank you Sly!

You've always been a gold mine of knowledge but these vids just offer SO much.
You're also quickly becoming one of the funniest producers around, that humour's really coming through and I love it 👌
Oh wow, thank you so much Kerny!
You're the ONLY YT production tutor I've come across that actually makes consistently good beats.
This was really indepth as compared to any other UA-cam tutorials out there on sampling. Thank you so much for such amazing content.
Thank you for watching J!
Bro your way of explaining is AWESOME! Liking the humour you are adding in the recent videos too💯
Thank you my dear
Okay but I need a link to Navie's Construction Corner 😂😂😂
Great video bro, always happy to see your notifications show up on Tuesday mornings.
Don't like. You want that Cam Corner link
You go into things that no other producers mention. You explain the basics and why things work rather than everyone else who just puts samples together, makes it a beat and that's it.
By far one of the best producer/educator on UA-cam. 🤙🎹
How kind, thank you very much
The way you think about music really inspires me. Also the skits in between 😭😭 are hilarious
Navie who's your electrician? The work triggered me as a fellow spark can't lie, fire video as usual! Got excited to watch this and wasn't disappointed🔥🐉
Thank you thank you! Are you saying my electrical work is not up to code?
@@NavieD no its fine and I wouldn't know the USA standard, just here in Scotland we're a bit neater that's all

These videos include so many things to try out. I appreciate that you make beats here that reflect your style. Keep it up.

Yeah I definitely could
@@NavieD I second this idea. It’s definitely something I struggle with
Agreed I would love that !
@@NavieD yesssss video would be god send you're the best UA-cam teacher ever literally
Its just the same principals. You just treat the songs as you would these “modern loops” just listen and listen and listen and once you find something that tickles your ears you decide what you wanna do with it. Loop it, chop it, reverse it, add your own layers. Whatever.
THere he is!! I love these "overexpalined" vids.
p.s. be careful which samples you use because #Copyright
They're all one shots from Splice so I should be good
my favorite FL Studio producer atm. Your way of explaining is much appreciated man
How kind, thank you very much!
Sounds a lot like an Aesop Rock beat too. Some of my favorite techniques to hear in modern hip hop

Thank you thank you Sharpe!
Brow you're awesome😂 the tutorial and the humor!! Good stuff😂

@@NavieD it'll be Navie's Construction Corner worthy!
single handedly improving my beats
love your videos you make production a science to develop your own sound rather than teaching how to make type beats
I have Finally found a producer who is more creative and easy to learn from, thats you
The overexplained videos are on a whole new level♥️
That hammer skit made me laugh so hard. Thank you. 😂
I almost died! Don't laugh

Ever since subscribing to you im less stressed all the time, and my hair started growing back Thanks Navie D, the G 😎

Thank you this has inspired me to start posting tutorial style content about sample based hip hop from vinyl only.
why tf do you have so little views?? you probably explain this shit hella clear this deserves more views hands down
I hit the thumbs up. Even though I didn’t really like this beat. Still learned some things that I may incorporate into my own productions. 💯
I really like your videos!! An ear candy video with your style would be sick.
Hmm that would be an interesting topic
1:11 I could already hear trap drums on the sample. It's powerful!
extremely thankful for all your tutorials homie!

Haha nice lil comedic beats and dope info as always. Thank you!

Do more of the things you like doing, I bet you’ll have the best time doing videos about your favorite aspects in music or in general
Hey bro , ur kyle beats challenge was so damn fire , congrats to u brother, keep it up
Dope video on sampling. Where you get all those drum breaks from? I've been looking for some dope drum breaks like those that you have.
