      For sure. She probably eats really well. I know that if l eat too much flour or dairy, I’ll look pregnant and l’ve never been pregnant! 😂

      ​@@1Karla.😂 Well, I was the biggest I've ever been after I had my son. I was 240 now I almost 100 pounds down, it's definitely a lifestyle, eat well and exercise on the daily if possible. Gotta stay disciplined and that's one thing Claudia and Coach Kozak are!

    Good afternoon Hassett I was wondering on the way that you used. I went a little bit heavier but I noticed that you’re usually like a 12 pound I would just like the understanding of it all I was just curious, wondering that even the guy used a 12 pound I went with heavieron the squats I use a 30 pound and the other ones I use 15 and 20
