The #1 thing that helped me was to spot the ground where my foot will land. Before, I was spotting where my hands would land in a cartwheel, which made it hard to avoid touching my hands even when I had enough height/rotation to land properly.
This is the only flip I wanna be able to do its so ninja like

Well done and thank you for making this tutorial! I saw here many aspects I have never seen in the other tutorials on youtube. Sad, never made this move. Funny thing is, that carthwheel with two or hand is super easy for me and I always had a perfect form. Well maybe after a while I will give another try to finally learn it. Looks always so awesome.

Actually it's not a trick ! It's one person's way of accomplishment! Nothing tricky or even great ! Common sence and of coarse being FIT!
When I was a gymnast, this was my favorite trick. I miss being able to do it.

Sweet! The blocking technique will help a lot, when I try to do mine, my hands feel really light, but it ends up looking like how you did it when you demonstrated jumping forwards too much. I'll give it a shot later on.
