In Florida we are allowed open carry! I know my husband and I took all our boys to state hunting safety classes , A weeklong classes with test afterwards. Had books on all wildlife and the laws And we all passed. Doesn't mean we have guns but there is a lot of hunting and people with guns. I wanted to know the rules, how to handle and clean them.
I understood that in Florida it's constitutional carry, not open carry. Best thing yet is conceal carry permit.

So when the police help her get her registration completed and then are they going to give that weapon back to her??? If she shoots someone with that weapon, will the police be held responsible for doing the registration for her and ignoring the fact that she was in an unlawful situation and never treated her as the would treat others. Then after completing the registration, giving the weapon back knowing that she IS unstable. Will the courts hold the police department accountable if she shoots someone??

I empathize with you on your back......its tough having that kind of pain! I recently had baaaad neck and shoulder pain on the right side and the only thing that helped was decompression and red lazer therapy. .....to pull the vertebrae off the nerve and then the lazer treatment promotes new cell growth and circulation in the discs that have been compresssed. But the firearms just think of this it appears they want to ban your firearms but have firearms themselves. However, a person leagually regardless should have the ability to have a firearm there are fine details that should qualify or disqualify you having one if its out of your own home. So registration of a firearm should not be leagual as gun owners for years have been trying to fight thoes laws as the 2nd amendment does not require you letting the government know you have one so the law is wrong we should fight against that law. The old westerns show that people was free to carry outside of city limits and sometimes in city limits as the sheriffs would sometimes try to keep there citizens safe by checking your firearms at a checkpoint even if it was in good intentions it was illegal. Even going to a bar bars try to post a sign saying no firearms that is unconstitutional even if posted. If you go to the bar and you don't drink alcohol at all then leagually your allowed to carry but when you drink that first sip your considered impaired. So some laws was made out of the best intentions but was only adopted by society and we should understand there was good people who was not bound by policy's that hold the police back from quickly disarming a bad person. Look at some of the locations malls places of worship and even schools and movies. Sometimes a good placed person that has means could prevent so much more. So let's not be a like the other side and condemn the other side because of stuff we are trying to fight against anyways. In my opinion we don't know all the details even if I don't agree with the lawsuit in the first place. So im disappointed in all who consider themselves a republican and are not trying to find out the details or being neutral or for gun rights on this subject. We can't play the same game they are playing and chopping our own views just because it helps go against someone we may not like. Gun laws are hard and are always changing and you can get a felony easily for not doing something right when it comes to firearms. Remember we have the right to fight for our rights and this is a right that we are letting go because of the political games people play.
