You answered a question for me previously, but I have a question of a different kind, I want to know is there a filament that is high temp tolerance? Thanks
The X axis is setup better than and ender-3 and it's clones. I used 6mm x 10mm nuts for the right side. Also the hot end is a breeze. If you have to work on it. Y axis is better too.
Hey, I'm sure you forgot you even sent this comment, but I was wondering if you could answer how well your biqu b1 has held up for you. I've seen initial reviews on it, but I haven't seen anyone post updates on it's durability or problems they've encountered over time. I'm between getting this or an ender 3 v2 and was hoping I could get a little nudge in the right direction
@@brockegreen It kept shredding the filament and causing jams. No matter how I adjusted it. Now running a Sanjiu extruder.ua-cam.com/video/fXa15jnN7A0/v-deo.html
It's an amazing machine, been using black edition for months and using a pla +, very good tutorial tnx for additional info on setting I hope u can do an in-depth on it, I haven't touch much of it,
Hello and thanks for this extensive video and you have a new sub, as this is one of the printers I am looking at buying. The other two I have been researching and looking at, are the Anet ET4 pro and the Creality CR-6 SE. Though the Biqu and the Anet are both at the same dollar value here in Canada at $300.00 aprox and the Creality is $100.00 more. I have been researching and learning the jargon and what to look for in a 3D printer in 2021. My question for you, if you may, as a beginner at this 3D printing, which one of those three, would you recommend for features and practicality (and yes I do have an idea that this is not a cake walk as a beginner and I am mechanically inclined, though I am a good visual learner)?
About hex/allen keys, get a set of Wera ones with their Hex-Plus profile, which really prevents stripping of the screw heads. YT channel German Tool Reviews has a video about them, highly recommended.
This is my first ever printer. Just got it a few days ago, assembled easily, required almost no adjustments as everything seemed adjusted at factory. Plugged it in and have been printing non stop! Noisy base unit fan though that I wish I could slow down. No regrets so far.
@@base0x02 I set it manually. I used cheap hair spray as an adhesive and had no issues with sticking. I used it for my project for 6 months with no problems then gave it to my son who uses it daily. He has had only minor issues ... the magnetic surface started to lift and was replaced. Excellent, reliable printer.
Hello and thanks for this video!, but i have a small issue and i can't find anything to solve this: When my machine starts print at the center and after 2 or 3 minutes continues print but 5-6 cm to the left, so the base of the piece stay at middle of the bed and the 90% other piece is in other side of the bed... anyone know how can i solve this issue?
@@OscarOliu I'm seeing lots of videos saying it's a silent printer, my B1 base fans are really loud too. Do you think it's a firmware issue? Does the base fans have any temperature sensor or are they always 100% speed?
@@OscarOliu I tried this, I realized there is no need to use a stepper down to reduce the noise, I've discovered the main board actually gives the fans more power than 24V and that's why they are so noisy, if you connect them directly to the power supply you still have a decent airflow without the noise. The power supply is still noisy but that's matter for another day.
Buy from a local reseller and you can handle the warranty through them. Buying direct is a problem since sending printers across the world isn't cheap.
Great video, very convincing to get this model instead of the Ender V2 !!
I really enjoyed your video
That fan off 1st 2 layers is that an automatic setting? New very new to 3d printing?
I’m glad it comes in black and not the neon pink color
You can choose the colour
I like your build video may I have a recommendation for a easy cad for custom parts?

How much loud the noise in db?
Around 55
I am at step 7 and the piece is missing the pre installed hammer nuts. Where can I get replacements so I can finish building? so frrstrated
This printer doesn't have power loss recovery?
Hi, wanna ask if after finished printing the bed going backward instead go forward. How to fix that. BIQU B1

Great printer
Great video
Thanks for sharing :-)
Wondering why 3D Printing Canada no longer sells the BIQU B1.
Same no idea why
This seems to be a great machine. I'm doing some research in order to buy my first printer, would you recommend the BIQU B1 over the Ender 3 V2?

@@franksmart436 did you bed level manually or use a BL Touch? My first prints wouldn’t stick to the surface. I don’t think I got the leveling right.

waawww.. thank your information
Im sad you dont have the purple one :( its what i wanted to order
I think they got rid of the purple one, and made it more professional looking. It's hot pink btw :P
@@OscarOliu Nope. I have one coming in on Monday! :)
Hi creality has a smart filament sensor.
How much loud the noise in db?
The fans in the base are extremely loud, but can be quieted with no degradation with just buck converters and down-volting them to 12v.

@@GonzaloMassa they are always at 100% i added buck converters to mine to drop them them to 12v and all i hear is the hotend fans now.

Warranty do they actually honor it because creality would not
And the price to ship it back under warranty cost the same as buy in a new printer

As far as I know, the USB cable is custom, so you should replace it with one from the manufacturer.
It's a Mudhorn!
