Air Fried - Rotisserie Chicken with Brine and Rub Recipe

Brine Recipe:
Base
16 Cups Water
1/2 - 3/4 cups Kosher Salt
1/2 Cup Sugar
To Taste - Add in whatever you want. Add a lot as the flavors need to penetrate the meat.
1/4 cup Italian Seasoning
5 Garlic bulbs
2 tbps black pepper
5 Bay leaves
8 Basil leaves
1 Yellow Onion
2 Rosemary Sprigs
1 tbsp Sage
Bring to a simmer until the onion is translucent and the garlic is soft
