    Thanks for this video, I am now using an elliptical in my basement!! I'm working up to 10 minutes .. getting there. Makes it easy watching you exercise also, makes time go by faster. Don't judge people I'm 50'ish getting back in shape.☺️

    I've been using my eliptical for 3 months - with longer breaks because of the hot weather. Until today I made only on aerobic level (usually 20-30'minutes with middle resistance). I read yesterday comments here and was suprised that I was able to complete 20 minutes with you ❤ Thank you and see you again 💪

    This is the first workout I’ve ever followed and I did it! Also the longest I’ve been on an elliptical non stop usually I break it up in to 8/8/8 etc so boring and it drags on the way I do it!
    I only wanna lose under 5kg and I’m so happy I found your video, I think you’re gonna help me do it! I’ll try do two of these a day…thankyou xx

    Thank you sooooo much. I am blessed to have found you. I love your energy and you conversation with lil reminders like dont forget engage core don't and DONT FORGET TO BREATH lol which I almost did. And reminders on posture and bits of encouragement and last second countdowns and help getting the last little rush out.... when it gets hard I remember ur just keep swimming and I sometimes listen to Chrisman rock and blieface new song which I ironically found it popped up the night after I did my first eliptical session with you and it's call keep swimming crazy and cool huh. Fate I believe. Sending you love light and good vibes only queen 🤟❣️🙏🧿🤝💦🏋‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤣🥴😁

    How many calories we can burn by doing this 20 minutes elliptical workout?

      Since everyone's metabolism is different, the best way to estimate your calories burned is to use the metabolic equivalent equation. We estimate that the MET value of your workout will be between 6-8. Using this value you can use the following equation to determine your estimated calories burned. Total calories burned = Duration (in minutes)*(MET*3.5*weight in kg)/200. For real-time calorie tracking, you could use an activity tracker.

    I just got an elliptical it was free you don't even have the handlebars or nothing but when I got it I used it I couldn't even do it for 10 seconds that was my first day my second day I did it for half the commercial third day I did it for the whole catfish commercial break thought I was on a good track took a day off forgot what I was doing watch your video did the whole thing legs started hurting in the beginning but I pushed through it and did the whole video thank you so much. . If I wouldn't have watched your video my elliptical probably would have been a closed rack I'm going to watch this same video everyday for a week and then I'm going to see if you got a more intense one after that thank you so much hopefully this is the beginning to a better life for me

      @@someonesomewhere6671 my legs feel nice and it's easier to do the workouts I remember when I first started out I was having a hard time doing 30 whole seconds I ain't even going to lie I think I'm going to start on a new workout with like a more intense one I don't know if I'm losing any weight though but I know my legs are definitely more toned

      The sliding can depend on many things such as the speed you are going, the resistance, or your shoes as well. We recommend in checking these things to ensure a more comfortable ride.
