The steps are the same as your social you just enter your EIN. Unless they changed their policies, this should still work !

Make sure you input all the your information properly. First name last name and middle name if you have one. This is a background check, you need all your info to be truthful. If they still can't find you, you need to contact their support team

Yes, just call doordash and explain the situation to them telling them that you want to have your account for Ebike then to car once you have it, they will assist you with it !
when do we hve to submit the license details?
Usually during the signup process just before the background check or sometimes it's after. Doordash is always changing the order but you should have a prompt at some point to enter your license information

You shouldn't no. As long as you have a ssn number and eligible to work then you shouldn't have a problem creating an account !

hey i entered all of my info in correctly but the checkr is saying my background check is suspended.. i’m trying to redo it but it still says suspended.. what do i do?
you need to contact checkr support or even doordash and tell them that something went wrong. they will go internally and fix it. Alternatively, you can try to create a new doordash account with a new checkr check if things don't work out ! There always glitches with these apps
How long does it take you to hire for delivery?
If you mean to apply for the delivery apps. Usually within a day or 2, you can start getting on the roads. It's fairly quick !
When i hit processed to checkr the site does load get an error sayjng page cant be found any suggestions?
It could be a bug in the system, you just have to try at a later time. If it persists, contact checkr support, they'll be able to fix it. You can even contact doordash so they can process your background check in another way.

if they are full in this area, try an area close to it for now until they open that area. You can alternatively try another mode like biking. car etc.

Now a days you can’t make an account on DoorDash for deliveries because there are so many dasher available in my area.. Is there any alternative option to make an account..?
this is usually temporary. they reopen it to dashers at anytime, you really want to make sure you're watching for it everyday ! but for the time being, choose the next best area while you wait for the area you want. you can always change later

It's very odd that they want an address for longer than 2 years. If you have a friend that has been there for longer, you could ask them if it's cool to use their address just to sign up. You can always change it later !

no, you don't need a sin number to work doordash but you need a work permit because you will have to upload some sort of identification that proves that you can work plus they will conduct a background check !

it means 2 things: its either that you already have a doordash account with that phone number in which case you must use the email of that doordash customer account, they both linked. Or someone in the past that had your number used doordash and linked it to an email but when they gave up their number, it was still saved. It's a very unfortunate scenario but you have to get a new phone number or figure out the email and if it isnt yours, its nearly impossible. I would just change my number and create a new account

because when I put.my zip code and then my email and phone number, it informs.that.my.email.is not compatible with.my phone and goes back to the zip code page.
this means that you already have an account with doordash app. Since the doordash customer app information and doordash dasher app information are somewhat connected, if you get a message saying that your email and phone number don't match, then you have to try to figure out what login information do you use for doordash customer app. Alternatively, if you want to create a new dasher account separately from the one you might have with doordash, then I suggest getting a new email and new number. You could use apps like "Text Me" to make 2nd virtual number to use. Hope this helps :)
