This is the forty sixth episode of Yugioh Master Duel Masochist: a challenge that forces master duel to be played with the least amount of master packs possible. This is by far the most difficult way to play yugioh master duel. This is like the pokemon nuzlock of yugioh. All credit goes to Cimo for inventing this.
As someone who looks forward to these every 3 days, I gotta say I miss the longer episodes.

There's a 2 card combo you can do to search unpossessed all you need is endymion or zoroa and any spellcaster:
Normal summon endymion or zoroa,
equip the link 1,
add magistus crowley,
special summon crowley sending the spellcaster from hand(or field if used zoroa's effect),
make crowley an earth with his effect,
special summon the level 5 earth possessed card from deck,
activate its effect to summon from grave,
Then link off both for any link 2
And add unpossessed
(all you need for this combo is an earth + a spellcaster on the field for this combo so goblindberg and neferiosness also work)
Also some notes:
Zoroa has 1500 def so he can be summoned off of unpossessed and crowley in grave can equip the link 1 again to him and trigger zoroa's effect.
Almost always use zoroa's effect to summon the spellcaster in hand because if your opponent has ash you can still make time thief and baited ash.
The level 5 garnet can be shuffled back into the deck by endymion.
That a really cool combo. I played something similar in harpies a while ago. I will try it in solo mode for consistency.
That sword soul game was crazy as fuck
That game against the Swordsoul player is how Yugioh should be played with ups and downs, come backs, counters. That was a great game to watch and probably a great game to play. Even if loosing the game it would have been an enjoyable one which is probably why he didn't scoop even when it was obviously lost. All this being said, he did kinda fumble his opening hand which is probably why the game went on so long.

The sheer number of monsters that you and cimoo would love to trade each other at this point is insane. He would nut at the bee trooper lol
Legacy of the duelist has crazy synergy with time maidens:
-So many games, where I added time maiden from grave and searched a specific timelord everyturn.
Getting either Kamion or Zaphion every turn could outgrind many decks in the past.
Legacy of the duelist also is a great card, because it prevents XYZ from attacking and turning into Zeus.

You have Oasis of the Dragon Souls to turn cards into wyrms for Baxia. I dont know if that makes it worth it though.

I wish Konami would finally ban or errata Max C in master duel. This card decides games on its own. Also wish they would directly hit problem decks, even the new ones like snake eye. Instead, they release even more support for the already tier 0 deck. Please put Poplar and Bonfire at 1 soon

Bonfire and Poplar are expensive cards, people paid a lot of money for them, so Konami won’t ban them for some time
@@andytoskovic I know Konami won't actually do anything about the current situation until a few more months, at least, but if they really care about the state of the card game, like they claim to, they need to draw a line somewhere on the power level of newly printed cards. This is all happening because they listened to greed instead of balanced card design

Not sure if you saw this but you have the option of synchro 8 with your magistis engine, and sorry for the misspelling not really familiar with the archetype
Zoroa is also a tuner to open up plays into synchro but I don't think that's useful in the current deck.
I get legacy of the Duelist now. I was looking at this wrong in my Masochist run, I'm throwing it into my bootleg wyrm deck no question

YOOOO HOLY CRAP YOU GOT ZOROA THATS SO GOATED. Man thats awesome youre forming a true rank 4 core.
Its worth it to go deeper in familiar posessed with a magistus core, since zoroa is just.. better than goblinberg and tin goldfish tbh. At the very least imo photon trasher is an easy replace though at this point tin goldfish is just worse than the likes of posessed and ranryu.
Magistus also has varied attributes which makes things better for possessed.
You know what would be cool? How about a masochist tournament?
I've though about it but it is difficult to keep track of who is being honest versus crafting.
@@LordTrent. There is a mission on the lifetime missions where it rewards you 50 cp if you've crafted or dismantled a card, so if you still have it it means you haven't cheated: there you go, we have proof of the legitimacy of a maso run

37:31 that only happens in teh damage stepm whereyou can't even activate it, your getting confused with an older chain card. I think Spell-binding chains
at 11:32 you somehow got a comeback victory with 3 cards played on your side, 2 on the opponent's side and on turn 2. It's like the game KNOWS that snake eyes is far too overpowered and that it should have annihilated your deck.
