I’m from the UK and I’m just at the tail end of my e46 turbo build, the only issue I thought I would have was running a large enough down pipe due to the steering column on the right hand side, but I managed to run a 3inch down pipe from a top mount turbo 😎👨🏽🔧 I just had to notch an inch from the chassis leg (frame rail) which won’t affect the strength . Apart from that everything else is very similar to all the other e46 builds out there...great videos..keep up the good work

-The cold side intercooler piping is connected to the throttle body using aftermarket silicone couplers. Stock boot will fail prematurely with boost. -CCV is deleted by sealing the vacuum sources, valve cover is then vented to atmosphere. -I'm not sure if the stock MS DME's are capable of rolling anitlag, etc. Launch control I know is do able with them. -You should definitely get the floor reinforcement for the rear subframe done. -An LSD diff is recommended so you can put power down.

Tyler would the turbo fit on my 2000 bmw 323ci e46 ? And where can I purchase the turbo kit ? Do you mind if you can link the page or the website thank you
Do you think the kit will fit on the e39 5 series? I’m not worried about clearance but I’m curious to think if they made tiny differences to the engine to make it fit in the 3 series e46. I have the 525i 2.5 L m54 and it has 228,000 miles would it be smart to put a turbo kit on it with out stronger internals? What would be your take?
Depends how the E39 engine bay is set up. The manifold will physically bolt on, but I don't believe the downpipes will work. I'm also not sure if the intercooler piping will work on that chassis. I've never had to repair or work on an E39, or I would have a better idea. You can boost these engines no problem when all stock, as long as you keep the boost levels appropriate and have an conservative tune.
Hello! Sorry for late reply, I was working on a Dodge Avenger. Anyway.. Yes, the Cx racing turbo kit will fit the M52tub series engines and the M54 series engines. So, 323, 328, 325, 330.. it will bolt up to those 👍

Another plus side to Mike's DME's is that they are partially unlocked from him tuning, making it easier for myself to upload tunes to it.
