I’m admittedly somewhat of a garlic snob. Did an actual taste test a few months ago between jarred minced, squeeze bottle, and fresh garlic. That’s when I truly discovered the flavor difference between them. No going back now. I also stopped buying pre-grated cheese and now grate it myself. Constantly trying to step it up a bit. 🥘♥️
I used your original Make It Happen seasoning the other night in my dinner and it was amazing!!! 😩 don’t think I’ll be using any other all purpose seasoning now lol

Just a suggestion but i would have just placed the prawns on top at the end, you just loose all those lovely charged edges by covering in sauce, or maybe do half and half so you get that crunchy contrast

It's "fond". That's the carmelized (not burned) bits left on the bottom of the pan left behind after browning the shrimp and the vegetables. Very concentrated flavor that releases into the sauce when liquid (stock, water, etc.) is added.
So I sent this in a group message with my cousins and my mom. One of my cousins made it and sent us pictures! It looked like yours! He said it was BANGING!!! I dont eat shellfish so do you think I can swap out the shrimp for cod or salmon? Thanks again for makin it happen!!!
