I love that you left out all the funky ingredients like pickled radish and dried shrimp. Thai grandmas might have a problem with it but my husband will eat this.
I eat from a Thai food truck 2x a week when I go into the office. It's quick and delicious but I am definitely appreciating this recipe, would like to know how to make it myself 🌻
I've been so busy I've been missing the live Sunday chats. Miss the faithful crew. I wanna try this our go to place be hit or miss lately with the pad thai.
Made this tonight. Couldn't find the tamarind paste so had to go with a jar of pad thai sauce. Next time I'll find the paste on Amazon. Tip for those who attempt, be sure to test the noodles. I forgot to and assumed they were done but when I served them they were still less than al dente. Threw them back in the wok for 10 minutes and finished them off. Delish!
I underestimated how much I was gonna dig your seasoned flour, gonna have to order more. Already love the seasonings, just haven’t tried the lemon bae yet, but the a-p and hot a-p are right up my alley. 🥘💙
I always enjoy watching your videos. I’m just not a pad thai fan though. I don’t like peanuts in my food. I don’t even eat peanuts as a snack, although I love peanut butter. 🥘💙
@Mr.MakeItHappen Let me first say I loooove your UA-cam channel and have tried several of your recipes. That said, your shrimp is peeled with the tails removed but they aren't deveined. The tops aren't split open to remove the veins.
Pad Thai is stalking me!!! I went to a new Thai restaurant last night. It took over an hour and the pad Thai was horrible. It’s sitting in my fridge now, for anyone that wants it cause I hated it lol. So creepy
I know he's gonna be pissed about the sauce. The restaurant I work in serves Pad Thai and we make the sauce from scratch...completely different from this. Points for using actual tamarind puree/concentrate but the chicken bouillon...lord no.

Love your channel and all your recipes! Could you do a Thai spicy catfish recipe next? I haven’t been able to find a good UA-cam video on that one.
Awesome video, thanks Matt❤️❤️

Awesome food 👍🏽 Thanks 🌟🌟
Looks so good!! Can't wait to try it.🎉
I made chik-fil-a sammies, which ate up about a third of my flour. Don’t think I needed to double dip them. Came out really good. 🥘💙
This looks amazing!!!

My thoughts every time he says they're deveined 😂🤣
Matt that Olive oil is not cheap. I Instacart full time that shit is $20 beans in Fresh Market.
I can’t wait to make this…just took some Shrimp out of the freezer.
