These are the best AFL kicking videos out there. It is kind of wild that there isn't more content out there for such an invaluable skill if you are trying to get into AFL. Pushing out with two hands and guiding it down with one has literally changed everything for me as someone who is new to the sport. I was always trying to grip the ball with my guiding hand, because that was what I thought I was meant to do, and it would always come loose or go all wonky.
