this helped so much thank you I can kick twice as far as I could before
Great vid! You make it look so effortless
Looks effortless when you're efficient.
Love this bro, great contentb
Thanks mate!
Interesting stuff. It’s a very niche sport but Gaelic football has some of the most diverse kicking of all the football sports. Used to be all drop-punts and drop-kicks were very popular but now mainly instep kicks (like a ground pass in soccer except this is out of the hand) and outside of the foot kicks. I’ve shown it to Aussie mates who play AFL and they get very puzzled by it!
Love it! I train some Irish lads for punting, I’ll get them to show me their instep kick
As a rugby league fan, I'd love to see you nail that steeden (and pass on your tips too).
I had a kicking session with a Canterbury Bulldog player just recently.. I did a demonstration kick and I nailed it! Just had to make contact higher than I was used to
Nice vid hope I see you soon to get some lessons
Appreciate it! Download my kicking guide in the meantime
Great video that steeden seriously is your arch nemesis
100%. I think I need to raise my ball drop more with it. I'll keep practicing and post some 'shorts' if I improve
Cool💯💯💯💯💯!!!!!!!!!!
what did you like about the video mate?
Given NRL players regularly do 60m plus kicks, is there a different striking position or ball hold required? I would suggest asking Andrew Johns, Nathan Cleary or Cameron Munster on their tips. I’m sure you could smash it miles after getting their tips
I think its pretty similar. I had another kick after this video and found I just had to hold it a lot straighter and point the nose down more than I do with the other balls. Would love to have a kick with them!
in NRL, i was taught to point the nose up and spin it as you let go so its flat , lookup a video if your confused
AFL
mans bringing back the torps
that's why I was put on this planet
How far were you kicking??
Really far
Imagine matt Burton kicking nfl ball
would love to see it!
