Should be debating on the safety of Britain. They have rendered us helpless. We are that much in debt we would never have the money to defend ourselves if we had to. I think we will.

And as another lady saidz recogognizing unrwa, and amongst other things, a lot of europe ommit commitments to particular treaties which would allow an immagrant to take europe to court.

Should stop disrespecting rewanda as the lady said, and consider the resolutions the ECHR is actually built on, bearing in mind illigal alliens, at this scale is force major, and a detrminet to brtiish society.
Rewanda is putting its arms out as the uk ask it for help. And we should respect that for what it is.

    These are very interesting times...
Let's be honest, we all know Conservative members of the Commons are no longer considering weighty matters of state, or what may or may not be in the nation's best interests. They are now way past this, and are simply desperate men and women, waiting for the axe to fall, and wondering where the next hefty mortgage payment will come from, or how they are going to pay little Jeremy and Jemima's private school fees. The situation in the Lords is quite different, as these unelected legislators no not have any 'skin' in the game. They have no constituents to answer to, and members of their families are unlikely to directly suffer any negative consequences of mass, illegal immigration. Of course, they have their own political agenda, and in my opinion will ensure the Rwanda Bill is stalled for months before it eventually fails. Meanwhile, another 380 illegal immigrants arrived on the nation's shores, even as the House of Lords was debating the issue.

@@call_in_sick Millions and millions of British subjects are now very angry and frustrated with their government's obvious betrayal on this issue. In fact, the electorate are so angry and frustrated that the government are certain to face annihilation in the upcoming General Election. And yet, after several hours, only four comments have been posted in response to this debate. And what does this tell us? Well, it tells us none of us believe we have a voice that matters. It also tells us that it seems - to ordinary people - that members of the House of Lords are very remote and detached from everyday reality. They might as well be working on the Moon.

Whilst i agree with most of what you said the idea that the country is SUFFERING from migration is unfounded and untrue. The Rwanda bill even if it was passed first time, will do nothing, it will not decrease migration, it will not act as a deterrent and it will cost the UK taxpayer a fortune. Rwanda is the tories desperate attempt to cling onto power by appeasing those whom believe we’re being somehow “invaded” thinking it will save them at the next election. Do we need a deterrent to illegal migration? Absolutely. But the rwanda bill is NOT the solution.
