@AM-ul3to Westwood came before Mike Allen, and correct he was more underground on the pirate radio in london 1984.. mike Allen in 1985 was cooperate & took it nationwide and made it more accessible to kids that lived in the suburbs that couldn't pick up the pirates, let's get right with the history.
