Its such Strive player propaganda to be like "Literally just block this move" and the move is an instant overhead
"Just block this move" and it's guard crush plus setup
Or it’s an overdrive when you’re negative and have no tension
Or conversely "YOU HAD BURST" while doing a combo that super easily baits it

The WORST thing ever on this game, is the TROLL fact that dust is actually a high guard move, while ALL the animations shows it going UP, so it would make more sense to block bellow to not get hit BELLOW, why ARCSYS WHY???
To give every character a low (2D) and standing overhead (5D) otherwise many characters would be forced to to jump to hit overhead and so you could just block low the entire game

@@all-starsilver1835 You have a point, but I feel like it counts in this case because 1. Nobody's blocking Wild Assault > Charged Dust 2. If Slayer blocks it, Johnny dies.
@@freddie9705 Charged dust is a 28-frame move with a huge orange flash and a distinct animation, one really shouldn't be getting hit by that
@@all-starsilver1835 Sometimes you're not in the zone and it's not in your mental stack. I feel like "Please block I'm Begging You" is more of a criticism leveled at your opponent's ability to recognize when it is their turn (ie. they hold forward or mash is in very risky situations) and not because they didn't block (an admittedly risky) mixup. If anything, a charge dust is a opportune time to mash.

usually the "dude please block" joke is used on people disrespecting your pressure by mashing, not blocking but the wrong high/low. was expecting lots of meaties or bad challenges not man holding down back and hit by a bunch of overheads lol

I refuse to block. I will never block you can't make me block die. You will never make me block. I will always attack no matter how far you are away from me. There will be no end to me. Spamming the kick button. I don't care what you say. "Oh you can only attack when it's your turn and also you are near me and also I'm not blocking." I don't care I attack there is no other option
Blocking is for cowards and Chipp mains which are the same thing by the way.
