It's not coincidences, statistically impossible, I thought the same and I didn't know what a podcast was 2 years ago. Have had a crazy number of coincidences, anything I needed came to me. If I needed reminded the note written a year ago for the same tooth fairy reminder that was tossed in the trash appears the day after I forgot the dollar again. Dozens of these in 6 months? No way

I listened to this a couple nights ago for the very first time, and in the morning as soon as i woke up I received a message that a very unlikely and positive news happened, almost a miracle on the financial aspect. One of my wise teachers once said "there is no way to happiness, happiness is the way" so my fellow listeners remember this whenever self doubt or whatever may happen to you just remember you decide your happiness you decide what's going to happen next with YOU. Is it? How long do you consider to be “temporary?” I close my eyes every night & most of those nights are spent listening to all the noise in my head & recounting everything that went wrong & all of the obstacles that once again, stood in my way! How many tomorrow’s do I have to see, truly, hoping for a “Fresh Start,” to yet once again have life knock my ass down. I’ve been telling myself for years of tomorrow’s, that I’m going to be “alright,” but I never am. I’ve always been the positive person, telling people things just like you said in your comment, & I believed it. But, something changed along the way. And no, I’m here, fighting day after day, hoping & praying that I can get even ONE STEP AHEAD, just to be met with another obstacle thrown onto my path. I’m at the point where I’m feeling very defeated & don’t hold much hope for anything anymore, & I’m so tired
❤️ thank you, as I relapsed I’ve been pretty harsh on myself but I’ve been trying to practice self care and better sleep hygiene, it’s funny because we always think we are going through hell at our worstx meanwhile somekne always has it worse, try keeping a gratitude journal it helps me stay positive and appreciative

My pain will never end. I've accepted it. My whole world was taken from me with no way to get it back. I live in heartbreak every single day
So now I go through loss and emptiness daily. I do meditation with Jason and it helps night time. I'm so grateful for that. It's not over a guy or a girl at all. Trying to just be me. I don't drink my only habit is cigarettes.i know I'm better off than some people. I'm thankful for that

I did that with another UA-camr video. I had to take my state exam without studying. I just couldn't study. And my brain was so mixed with information. I sat in my truck in the exam parking lot for two hours before. And ran through my book with a beautiful meditation in my ears. And I passed my exam so easily. Looking through my book was like I already knew it all. And the exam... Like slicing melted butter with a hot knife.
I'm telling you, prior to that, I just couldn't retain the information. Law is difficult. It's like an octopus, many arms with exceptions.

This meditation made me connect with my 15 y/o self who used to believe so heartedly in miracles. I really felt like I was there in my childhood home in my teenage room and that made me realize that I just need to believe more, the way I used to believe when I was little. Bless you, Blackbougie, I can't imagine your grief. I pray you find a grief share group at a local church, even if you aren't religious at all, or find a well-reviewed grief counselor. Your dear boy lives on and you will see him again. Please, if you are inclined, check out Dave Paulides, Can Am missing on UA-cam. He lost his son a year ago and discusses his loss and journey of grief often in letters sent him about it at the start of his videos. He also made a video after his son passed. I'm so scared that my depression which already ate all my young adult years will never end. I know at least my mom loves me, but I feel so alone. Like I'm in a dark void every night. I stopped talking to everyone and getting out of the house because with everyone I just feel so lonely and distant. I have doubts and fears about what I was sure was universe guidance before the illness.

I like listening to this when laying down at night. Even if it doesn't put me to sleep, I am able to destress, and feel good. Like tonight. I was stressed out all day (why, I honestly don't know..day off maybe??) And I could feel the tension in my neck, jaw, and back. Within 20 minutes, all that was gone.
