- There are many nations to play as in Victoria 3! Most of them are powerful, prestigious, mighty and rich! But for every nation like that... there are a lot of colonized countries, puppets and vassals! But what if you were to play as one of those nations, build it up from the ground up and make it PROSPER? That's what I will be doing today! Even though playing as the LAST KHAN is TOO HARD in Victoria 3!
In this video, Koifish will play as the LAST KHAN in Victoria 3, and try to turn our Khanate into a powerhouse of industry, technology and prestige! Using my immense knowledge of Victoria 3, I will guide my home country to prosperity, through war and diplomacy, and eventually create one of the most obscure formable nations in Victoria 3! I will also be showcasing the absolutely insanely BROKEN power of WAR REPARATIONS and EXPORTS!
The best way I can describe Victoria 3 is a mix a money making tycoon game and a grand strategy simulator like EU4, HoI4 and CK3! I've had a blast in the games that I've played, both in singleplayer and multiplayer. There's nothing more satisfying than getting a good chain of production going, to tend to your nation and watch it grow into a great power!
No matter if you are a Victoria 2 veteran, or completely new to the game series, this video will act as a guide and walkthrough full of tips and tricks! We'll take you through the basics of the game, guide you through the challenging battles of the economy, and show you how to beat the game! Last time I tried playing as them, I immediately declared war on Russia for recognition and war reparations. Eventually they will get sick of fighting someone they cannot reach and give up, letting you become instantly recognized and with adequate funds for development

But thats not true the whole reason why they took the title of emir as opposed to Khan wa specifically because they didnt descend from Genghis Khan.

@Shodmontj Playing them right now. Try securing your other two khans quickly. Getting a jingoist in government and push for professional army to get the armed forces interest group perk plus 15 for the offensive defensive boost to help with that. Then tech up to line infantry and push for eastern Afghanistan. If you get it you have every resource now but lead to build a proper economy. From there idk haven't gotten that far yet lol.

From what I read, weapon technology is REALLY decisive in warfare in this game. You can’t play like HOI4 and rely on maneuvering. Better guns mean a lot. Again I haven’t played yet but that’s what I’ve heard.
meanwhile, China in HOI4: Guns? We need no guns! Trample them under our feet!!!
There is no maneuvering in this game, in fact, maneuvering is the worst thing that can happen to you, encirclements will just create unecessary frontlines for you to defend

The one thing that's keeping me from playing this game is the lack of a global economy, or atleast a way to automate trading resources.
Vicky 3 is a lot more about self sufficiency and using trade to supplement until you're able to build your own industry. Automating trade would take away one of the main parts of Vicky 3.
