With Ruby, I thought it was as simple as she's Red Riding Hood but she has to be the Hunter to save the day in the end, but it would still fit if there was another character who ideally should have fulfilled the Hunter role before circumstances forced her to her place. And what better weapon for a Hunter, someone who would spend most of their time in the woods, than a rifle and an axe? Also an Axe would probably be pretty easy to animate transforming into a Scythe so they could just give Cresent Rose a new Alt-mode/remake it with an Axe mode, symbolically show her still being her own person while also picking up things from those she's lost.

the creepiest part about this scene is the fact that the 'vision' or whatever starts way earlier than you think it does - the tents with the leave symbol start appearing first, THEN the Afterans start disappearing, the music peters out and everything starts going dark. but the tents are the most conspicuous part about it because it's not until Ruby's out of there that you see that the tents weren't there either - Ruby's perception is being messed with before the tone shift

So who will Ruby become since she went to the tree? How will she change? Will she become her past self? Her future self? Or will any reasonable expectation be completely dashed and someone else be R?

So question i guess the question is how do people get to the ever after from remnent in the first place? i mean there has to be a way if alyex did before them and came back so perhaps rubys mother did not get killed but only assumed to be as such due to her never comming back
so summer somehow took the relic of creation from atlas opened a door made nothing with it since if she did that would have sent atlas crashing then she herself fell from the gold floor in the weird doorway.
