As a woman, I know damn well no matter how much I work out or lift weights, I'll never have the muscle structure or stamina of a man to do certain types of work. This should be a wake-up call for them.
I think the uniform is too bulky for them. They need something sleek like bikinis for this line of work.
The male American NYPD did not finish the obstacle course either, and Chile wasn't even last place overall in the SWAT competition. All this is left out these videos that highlights the failed obstacle course.

The sad part is you know they probably trained their absolute hardest for this and hopefully practiced for a while and still this was the result. Its not a bad thing that men are stronger and more capable physically and thats why men are on swat and theres no female navy seals. Woman have their strengths and men have theirs its just the way things are.

I watched the video of the event including female teams from other countries as well.
They all performed fairly good finishing in the 4:00-6:00 min range.
The Chilean female team specifically was the one that unfortunately performed pretty badly. Primarily because of that zip-line part. Due to falling into the water, some of their weapons also got jammed for an upcoming part later in the course.
They clearly needed more training for the zip-line part. They seemed under-prepared for it.
This was so bad that this (female Chile team) became the only part that went viral from the entire event.
They got shared way more than the poor women who won and all the rest that performed properly.
Unfortunate. But I guess, they should've been better prepared; and we all know that negative news goes viral really quickly over a good news, so pretty unfortunate for the winners (and decent performers) too.
