Growing up doing sports tournaments in multiple disciplines there were always teams there that OBVIOUSLY got pushed out early...they sucked...but now they have an idea of where they have to get to. Ive seen the teams I was on improve, and I have seen it happen to many others...f'k off Rambo.

Do I think an all female swat team is best for any and all situations, NOPE. Do I even know if there are situations were it is the preferred choice, NOPE. Do I know jack shit about swat related situations in Chile, NOPE...but Im not going to go around stomping on turds and telling people to look at how smart I am either.

TBF there were lots of female SWAT teams that participated. They were the only ones who messed up.
You know what would be a fun competition? The Chilean female SWAT team vs. the Australian women's firefighting team who started a forest fire while trying to extinguish a forest fire. The winner gets to play the American professional women's soccer team who lost to a bunch of 15 year old boys. I'd watch that.

To be completely fair, women losing to 15 year old boys is simply biology. It would be embarrassing to a trained team of 15 year olds if they didn't win by a landslide. A bit like a dolphin should always be faster than Michael Phelps.
Now, starting a forest fire while trying to extinguish one ... definitely cannot be excused by that.
Be mindful that when I was 15-16 (30 years ago) I was at my peak strength. So I wouldn't dismiss them as just some boys.

Those setting lower standards just don't understand fences don't get shorter, guns don't get lighter, fire hoses don't get lighter, unconscious people don't get lighter and distances don't get shorter just because it's a woman doing the job. One standard, that's it. The standard was not set to keep women out, the standard was set because military, police, fire and medical services need a certain skill set and physical attributes to succeed in the job, and unfortunately smaller, lighter and weaker people are less able to complete the tasks, and that goes for men too.
This, 100% this. I think nobody has anything against a beast woman who can fulfill the standard that she's allowed to participate.
I onced watched a documentary about coast guard trainees, and there, the women didn't get their own standard. And there was a young woman who made it in, and she was working extremely hard for it (and cheered on by her male peers).
As a woman, sure, it is a bit disheartening to think that a profession might be barred for me because of standards I might just physically not be able to achieve no matter what I do ... but that's life. And as you said, crime fighting doesn't cater to sex, it's not a sport.

The big secret is one at a time on each line. Because when you put a bunch of people on the same line, it sags, and you get stuck in the middle.
Just give yourself enough space in between and go with speed and weight pushing forward. When the guys did it, they gave each other enough space and approached the zipline with moment and weight.
These women did it all at the same time with no speed or weight to it. They were bumping each other even before they went on the zipline. It was honestly very bad coordination.

This video got me intrigued if they only struggled on this event or across the board. Overall, they placed low. Dubai Police A and B teams took top honors this year and have done well in the past. For me, in the USA, it was interesting to see the NYPD team ( 59th place ) get beat by the Dubai Police C ( all women and 37th place ) whereas the San Antonio team (15th ) were able to beat them.

😄😆😅🤣 I f****** love watching the super Elite Police Force women. In their Police Academy training parody. And thay look like summer bikini models🎉😅.
While they failed at that specific spot on day 2 of competition, being their first time there, they did eventually make it through. The other women's teams did not have issues.
Now, if you watch the times between the men and women's teams, you can see the clear difference between men and women. Men were clearing this specific course under 3 minutes. I believe all the other women go over 4 minutes.
Just watched a male unit at the same event and the last member set foot on the far platform at the 17 second mark. This unit's first member left the near platform at the 19 sec mark and the last member finally hit the far platform at the 6:03 mark.

This was only one team in the competition. Watch the other female teams which are pretty impressive.

Guys, I am chilean and that was so embarrassing... but I got to be honest, it is not because the team was full of women, it is because the lack of preparation... If you have the opportunity, please look for the Bielorrusia Team, 5 women, only 4 minutes, better than a lot of male teams.
Those PDI women wasn't properly prepared, it was ridiculous and if I have the opportunity, all of them, and their bosses will be out of service.
