The water in my kitchen when I turn on my tap and drink the water right away: is generally cloudy, tastes like a lot of sandy and other stuff is in it and tastes a lot like chlorine. This was never a problem a number o hears ago and not sure exactly what the problem is. I called DEP and they said it was something from my water plumbing. Not sure if that is true or not but anyway..Just doing the best I can.

I live in a building that's more than was constructed in 1955. I was told directly by the superintendent that the pipes aren't too good. I've had an electric kettle for many years. I don't drink soda... Therefore, I boil water before I use it for making sugar free drinks from powder.
