Toyota D4D p1251 p0234 fixes

Output of Toyota D4D engine p1251 and p0234 error codes debug. Fixed by two parts replacement. Only for DIY use solely on your own risks and costs, but worked at least in this case.

Yeah, it was bit of a compromise to list all things tried and two that turned out to be successful in this case and keeping the video reasonably short.
