Phoebe was sass over there. Though we think it is mean to hurt a friend like that, sometimes someone telling us that there are others who are going through life and death situations may make us feel bad at the beginning but later gives us strength to fight our situation. The liberty to tell our mind to a friend this way and still know that it won't effect our friendship is the truest form. There is a lot more to see in this scene than it catches the eye.

Just because Pheobe is pregnant and has hormones that doesn't give her the right to be mean to people. If I was Rachel or Monica I would've never ever allowed her to talk to me that way or treat me that way. Pheobe is the funniest female but she isn't the nicest and sweetest that's monica.
Unpopular opinion: It's hard watching a person you used to date, who you are still in love with, get married to someone your ex had only met about a month prior. Rachel wasn't comparing her misery to anyone else, and it would be hurtful to anyone in that situation to have their feelings thrown back in their face like that and then mocked for reacting emotionally to it.
I agree. But I think that people end up having this reaction about Rachel because even when the problem was not so relevant, she would still do drama. And of all the characters, she is the one who always cares about herself, even if she needs to sacrifice her friends. As was the case when she was interested in that guy and forced everyone to pretend they were having a party. And although Ross's attitudes can be questioned, everything about their relationship revolved around her.
Rachel had her chance to be with Ross when he was single and she didn't care about him , she even introduced him to Emily , because she wanted to go to a nightclub with somebody else and Ross accepted , if Rachel was still in love with Ross she shouldn't tried to run away from it , she should have told him her feelings before he got engaged , so it doesn't matter if she is hurt or not , everything that happened was because of her and her choices
