Most reactors say something like "Definitely not what I was expecting!" or "Totally not what I thought!" or "It took me by surprise!", etc. listening to this beautiful song. But all of them say "This is a great power ballad" in the end. And I agree to them all - this is 100% epic old-school power ballad. Mayu is a versatile rock singer. She growls in Zen and now in Odyssey she sings softly adding almost childish notes to her vocal sometimes. And in this MV everything is just perfect starting from great music and lyrics and ending with cool outfits. Nemophila will never let us down.🙂🤘
I had the same exact dash of Heart nostaglia with this video. Particularly with Saki's wardrode. Tamu's hair is more reminiscent of mid to late 90s Jpop stylings. Regardless, while I'm not a big ballad dude, this has definitely grown on me...

When Mayu stamps her foot down in that last chorus, the universe momentarily stops. 😅 They're not on Nemophila's official channel, but there are a series of clips on YT of their 2022 concert at the Whisky a Go Go, one video for each song. Really worth checking out, even in your own time. The ladies lifted the roof off the joint!
